The ‘sticky note’ of Revolution CRM, the Flex Note, lives behind the unassuming ‘exclamation point in a speech bubble’ icon. We display this icon with many search results and listings across the application as a place where users can add a short note about their constituent.
A recent enhancement adds the pencil icon into the constituent record’s flex note, so you can update flex notes you own as needed, rather than just deleting them and starting new each time.
This ability to edit a flex note was previously limited to your listing of all the Flex Notes you own under Tools, Account Maintenance, Flex Notes, My Notes.
