Having worked remotely for over 15 years, so the move to remote during the pandemic didn’t have much of an impact on my day-to-day work life, but I know it was a big change for staff at many of our client partner organizations. It’s been really impressive how nimbly everyone adapted to the shutdown, and our team has been so impressed by the virtual events produced by our clients.


Throughout the last year, ROI Solutions’ staff have attended and presented at virtual industry conferences including NTEN, ANA, Bridge and the public broadcasting conference, PMDMC. We also created a variety of new opportunities to connect with clients and facilitate client connections with each other. Our Quarterly Business Reviews have been a wonderful opportunity to connect and look beyond the day-to-day jobs and projects with a longer-term vision. We also host a number of recurring webinars like Putting the Pieces Together and our Ask Me Anything!?! series.But nothing beats seeing our friends and colleagues in person, and we’re cautiously optimistic that we’ll be able to start attending in-person events this fall and start scheduling client visits again. I, personally, look forward to putting on real clothes again and enjoying time with all of you.
