Wendy has over 25 years of experience delivering and managing technology solutions for enterprise non-profits with an emphasis on professional, managed and strategic services.  In her role as Senior Vice President of Client Operations, Wendy is accountable for the end-to-end client experience ensuring that we continually exceed our clients’ expectations.

Wendy began her career at Epsilon in the 1990’s working on early mainframe decision support solutions, which enabled client organizations like AARP, Special Olympics and March of Dimes to better analyze their program performance and to inform file segmentation and strategic service offerings.  In 2001, Wendy joined Target Software, where she was hired to build a Service Bureau (Managed Services) business for Target’s Team Approach software.  Following the acquisition of Target Software by Blackbaud, Wendy assumed the role of Vice President of Enterprise Services, managing client services teams across Blackbaud’s portfolio of service offerings. Most recently Wendy was with Virtustream, a cloud service provider and subsidiary of Dell Technologies where she developed and managed their non-profit and higher education verticals.

In her free time, Wendy serves as Vice President of the Board for the Revere Beach Partnership (the organization that runs the International Sand Sculpting Festival) and is an active volunteer the Pingree School in South Hamilton MA (high school alma-mater).   Wendy enjoys running and is more than halfway to her goal of running all six major marathons.
