I have been in the High Touch experience daily since it became available. The system is clean and intuitive and streamlines the moves management process, which has helped us significantly clean up our major gift data and manage the end-to-end process better. You can see on one screen precisely what is happening in your portfolio. What is due and whether it’s a solicitation, an email, or a follow-up phone call. To be able to have that in one snapshot has been tremendous. The system helps us think, and I appreciate how the system will nudge you along. It also helps on the management side. It helps me to understand my team’s outreach to donors, their portfolio, and their workload. It helps me ensure our donors are appropriately stewarded. It has helped us organize a massive amount of information. We’re better able to target and segment our donors.
