Human Rights Campaign Adopts Machine Learning for Better Targeting
ROI Solutions has been a proud partner of Human Rights Campaign (HRC) for over 20 years. Beyond the day-to-day operational support and services, our two organizations have a history of working together to quickly find and evolve solutions when real-world events happen.
When the pandemic struck and HRC was faced with a rapidly evolving cultivation and fundraising landscape, it was important to pivot quickly to improve its outreach and maximize its fundraising budget. We worked together to develop a MiLo Intelligence machine learning model to refine audience selection for its direct mail program.
