The Constituent Care Module that was released earlier this year is a great tool to quickly triage inbound requests, record those conversations, make changes to constituent records, and analyze call dispositions – all presented in a user-friendly screen. Users can add flags, donations, update pledges, and track task requests seamlessly in a few clicks. There have also been many recent enhancements to the Constituent Care module based on some great user feedback.
