Over the last several months, we’ve rolled out a series of High Touch enhancements based on direct client feedback—refining core functionality, adding powerful bulk actions, and introducing new ways to filter, manage, and act on your donor data. Here’s how these updates are helping organizations build stronger relationships and work more effectively: 


Touchpoints: One Stop to Review a Summary of Recent Activity 

What’s new: A dedicated Touchpoints screen gives users a streamlined view of recent constituent interactions—excluding financial transactions. 

Why it matters: When multiple staff members interact with the same donor or prospect, it’s easy for key details to get lost. The Touchpoints screen provides a concise relationship history, helping users avoid communication gaps and engage with context and confidence. 

Highlights: 

  • Saved Search Criteria: Quickly apply any of your saved searches to filter relevant records. 
  • Filters: Narrow results by Touchpoint Type, Account Members, or Touchpoint Date (within the last 18 months). 
  • Results List: View a list of all qualified touchpoints that match your criteria. 

How to access: From any constituent account, go to the Constituent Overview or High Touch dropdown and select Touchpoints

Smarter Donor Search: More Precision, Less Time 

What’s new: We’ve added a Relationship Manager filter to the High Touch Donor Search. 

Why it matters: Previously, users could only search by solicitor type. Now, users can drill down by specific Relationship Manager—making it much easier for gift officers to find and track their assigned donors. 

Highlight: You can save your search as a Flexlist, which can be reused across other search tools like Find Transactions and Find Pledges, making it easier to filter gifts or pledges for donors by assigned relationship manager. 

Enhanced Portfolio Views: Get the Full Picture 

What’s new: A Solicitor Type filter is now available in My Portfolio, Team Portfolio, and All Teams’ Portfolio screens. 

Why it matters: For clients managing complex assignments with different solicitor types, this new filter helps teams better organize, analyze, and act on their portfolios. 


Plan Search & Update: Bulk Actions, Big Impact 

What’s new: A completely new Plan Search & Update screen allows users to: 

  • Bulk update plan ownership 
  • Bulk update plan details 
  • Bulk add activities to selected plans, rather than adding to all plans 

Why it matters: What once required multiple clicks and manual updates is now a streamlined process. These bulk tools are invaluable during: 

  • Portfolio transitions when work needs reassigning 
  • Staff turnover and reassigning ownership 
  • Annual planning across fiscal years 
  • Event outreach or board member engagement 

Highlight: A new role-level permission structure gives directors access control at a more granular level—a first for High Touch screens and a foundation for future enhancements. 


What’s new: 

  • Proposal output now includes Proposal ID, making the relationship between two objects clearly visible. 
  • Direct hyperlinks to specific Cultivation Plans in the output. 
  • Bulk updates for Proposal Manager and Proposal Status  

Why it matters: Fundraisers and managers can now view and update their proposals in bulk—essential for keeping up with staffing changes or shared responsibilities. 


Transactions to Match Proposals: Sharper Filters, Better Accuracy 

What’s new: We’ve added filters for ROI ID, Transaction ID, Source Code, Cultivation Plan ID, and exact payment amount match

Why it matters: This helps users quickly pinpoint the right transaction to match to an open proposal—saving time and reducing matching errors. 


Uploads: Expanding Self-Service Power 

What’s new: In response to client demand, we’ve launched a suite of new upload tools for High Touch objects: 

Available now: 

  • Cultivation Plans: adding option to link proposals when creating/editing a plan 
  • Proposals: adding option to link cultivation plans when creating/editing a proposal 
  • Research Notes (create/edit) 

Coming soon: 

  • Activities and Activity Notes 
  • Donor Holdings 
  • Third Party Gifts 
  • Relationships 

Why it matters: These uploads empower clients to manage high-touch records in bulk, directly from the UI or via spreadsheet—no workarounds or support tickets needed.
