Wendy has over 25 years of experience delivering and managing technology solutions for enterprise nonprofits, emphasizing professional, managed, and strategic services. As Senior Vice President of Client Operations, Wendy is accountable for the end-to-end client experience, ensuring we continually exceed our client’s expectations.
Wendy began her career at Epsilon in the 1990s, working on early mainframe decision support solutions, which enabled client organizations like AARP, Special Olympics, and March of Dimes to analyze their program performance better and inform file segmentation and strategic service offerings. In 2001, Wendy joined Target Software, where she was hired to build a Service Bureau (Managed Services) business for Target’s Team Approach software. Following Blackbaud’s acquisition of Target Software, Wendy assumed the role of Vice President of Enterprise Services, managing client services teams across Blackbaud’s portfolio of service offerings. Most recently, Wendy was with Virtustream, a cloud service provider and a subsidiary of Dell Technologies, where she developed and managed their nonprofit and higher education verticals.
Wendy enjoys running and is more than halfway to her goal of running all six major marathons. In her free time, Wendy serves as Vice President of the Board for the Revere Beach Partnership (the organization that runs the International Sand Sculpting Festival). She volunteers at her high school alma mater, the Pingree School in South Hamilton, MA.
