Before joining ROI Solutions as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, Berni served as VP of Scheduling and Client Operations at the Share Group and Chief Operating Officer at the Progressive Group. Berni has played many roles, from developing and overseeing internal systems to problem-solving and strategic planning directly with clients.
