Ji Lee

As a product manager for Revolution CRM, I currently manage the major donor fundraising and constituent/member services modules. I lead discovery sessions with clients to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to determine which feature enhancements will be the most useful and have the highest impact for our clients.

I also serve as the product owner for the workstream team responsible for delivering on client-specific solutions. I lead a cross-functional team that includes members from client services, professional services and engineering to plan and refine iterations, prioritize the backlog, and deliver support services as well as updates to customized integrations.
