Wendy Fox
Wendy brings more than 30 years of experience delivering and managing technology solutions for enterprise nonprofits, with deep expertise in professional services, managed services, and strategic consulting. As Chief Client & Operations Officer, Wendy leads the end-to-end client experience at ROI Solutions, ensuring the organization consistently exceeds client expectations while aligning operational excellence with long-term growth.
In her role, Wendy provides senior leadership across several critical functions, including Client Relationships & Revenue, Service Delivery & Client Support, and Company Strategy. She also oversees Human Resources, Finance, and Administration, ensuring strong alignment between client needs, operational execution, and organizational priorities.
Wendy began her career at Epsilon in the 1990s, where she worked on early mainframe-based decision support solutions that enabled organizations such as AARP, Special Olympics, and March of Dimes to better analyze program performance, refine file segmentation, and inform strategic initiatives.
In 2001, Wendy joined Target Software, where she built the company’s Service Bureau (Managed Services) business supporting the Team Approach platform. Following Blackbaud’s acquisition of Target Software, she served as Vice President of Enterprise Services, leading client services teams across Blackbaud’s portfolio of service offerings.
Most recently, Wendy was at Virtustream, a Dell Technologies company, where she developed and led the nonprofit and higher education verticals.
Wendy enjoys running and has completed over 10 marathons, including the six major marathons in Boston, New York City, Chicago, Tokyo, London, and Berlin. In her free time, Wendy serves as Vice President of the Board for the Revere Beach Partnership (the organization that runs the International Sand Sculpting Festival). She is a board member at her high school alma mater, the Pingree School in South Hamilton, MA.
