They have invested heavily in their digital advertising program and drive new supporters to the organization by building audiences in Revolution CRM and creating lookalike audiences in their digital ad networks.

ROI Solutions and PETA collaborated to take advantage of automated list building in Revolution CRM combined with a newly-authored API connection to the ad networks to streamline the process. This elegant solution, called Push to Social Integration, is now available as an option to all Revolution CRM clients.

PETA knew its current process was inefficient and required multiple steps to successfully target audiences via digital advertising. By rethinking the end-to-end process, PETA and ROI Solutions set out to leverage the automation capabilities of Revolution CRM to minimize manual staff effort and maximize the impact of their advertising spend.

PETA averted spending many hours manually curating lists, manually importing them to the ad networks, and then building models in the digital ad platforms. PETA rose above the inefficient process that limited the number of new audiences they could target to find new supporters for the organization.

Push to Social - Efficiency through Enhanced Functionality

The result of the collaboration between PETA and ROI Solutions was the development of a new Push to Social function within Revolution CRM. Clients now have the option to build multiple audience lists in Revolution CRM and store them as FlexLists within the application. These FlexLists are automatically refreshed on a user-defined basis.

ROI Solutions authored to the API of the digital ad networks allowing clients to push those audiences directly from Revolution CRM. Clients can also automate the delivery of their refreshed FlexLists daily.
