On July 23 at our All Hands Meeting, ROI Solutions awarded our quarterly Krypto Awards, our employee recognition program recognizing those who exemplify our core values of Quality & Client Focus, People, Teamwork & Collaboration, Improvement & Efficiency, and Innovation. For comic book nerds, the award is named after Superman’s dog, Krypto. Funny how Krypto is a big thing again this summer! Our selection criteria for nominees were based on how the nominee’s actions align with the award category, the impact of the nominee’s contributions on the team, department, company, or clients, endorsements from colleagues and supervisors, and good standing with the company.
