ROI Solutions is thrilled to welcome Jesse Samm as ROI Solutions’ new Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.
Jesse is no stranger to ROI Solutions—he first worked with us during our infrastructure transition to AWS, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth result. After that project wrapped, Jesse stayed connected, helping to ensure our continued success. His commitment to our mission and the incredible work of our clients made him a natural choice for this role.
As CTO, Jesse will oversee the strategic vision, development, and execution of mission-focused technology initiatives. He will enhance ROI’s suite of nonprofit-oriented solutions through innovation, seamless integration, and high-performance engineering support.
Prior to stepping into this leadership role, Jesse built a strong foundation in cloud native application architecture, digital transformation, and application modernization. His expertise includes guiding organizations through transitioning legacy systems, scaling data-driven platforms, and applying machine learning to drive strategic outcomes—skills directly aligned with ROI Solutions’ goal of empowering nonprofits via intelligent and tailored technology.
At ROI, Jesse will partner closely with teams across product, data, client, professional services, and finance/admin and operations to ensure technology is both reliable and deeply attuned to the unique needs of our mission-driven organizations. With a track record of balancing technical excellence and user-centered design, he is poised to accelerate the company’s innovation roadmap while preserving the seamless constituent journey that defines ROI’s offering.
A natural collaborator, Jesse ensures that engineering solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices in compliance and data management—priorities at the core of ROI’s offering. In his new capacity as CTO, Jesse is energized by the opportunity to scale ROI’s platforms and continue serving nonprofits who “change the world with your data.” He is dedicated to fostering a technology culture that holds the human experience at its center.
Fun Fact: Jesse is an avid enjoyer of board sports like surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding. He’s recently begun learning to surf as an adult, a fun challenge he’s embraced wholeheartedly!
