Jimmy Toohey joins us as our new Data Platform Engineer. With experience as an API and data implementation developer, as well as a Database Administrator, Jimmy brings a strong skill set to an important area.
Fun Fact: Jimmy taught high school, college, and professional drumlines for a living for five or six years, and competed at the highest level in the marching arts world!
A few months ago, Joey McIntosh joined our team as our newest Account Director. With previous experience at Bonterra, EveryAction, and the Human Rights Campaign, we look forward to having him with us here at ROI.

Joining us straight from his summer internship in Client Services, Richard Wu stayed as a Direct Marketing Analyst. We love it when we’re able to bring a new professional into the social impact sector!

Sarah Bugbee is our new Senior Staff Accountant. With over 20 years of professional accounting experience, we are thrilled to have her on staff!
Fun Fact: Sarah enjoys watching baseball and has been a fan of the Washington Nationals since the return of baseball to DC in 2005.
Last but not least, Rengasamy Kailasam recently joined the team as Quality Automation Engineer II. With 35 years of experience in software engineering, ROI is thankful to have such a great addition to our team
