Jesse Samm oversees the strategic vision, development, and execution of mission-focused technology initiatives. In this role, Jesse enhances ROI’s suite of nonprofit-oriented solutions through innovation, seamless integration, and high-performance engineering support.
Prior to joining ROI Solutions, Jesse built a strong foundation in cloud native application architecture, digital transformation, and application modernization. His expertise includes guiding organizations through transitioning legacy systems, scaling data-driven platforms, and applying machine learning to drive strategic outcomes—skills directly aligned with ROI Solutions’ goal of empowering nonprofits via intelligent and tailored technology.
At ROI, Jesse partners closely with teams across product, data, client, professional services, and finance/admin and operations to ensure technology is both reliable and deeply attuned to the unique needs of our mission-driven organizations. With a track record of balancing technical excellence and user-centered design, he accelerates the company’s innovation roadmap while preserving the seamless constituent journey that defines ROI’s offering.
