On January 29, at our All Hands Meeting, ROI Solutions awarded our quarterly Krypto Awards, our employee recognition program recognizing those who exemplify our core values of Quality & Client Focus, People, Teamwork & Collaboration, Improvement & Efficiency, and Innovation. For comic book nerds, the award is named after Superman’s dog, Krypto. Our selection criteria for nominees were based on how the nominee’s actions align with the award category, the impact of the nominee’s contributions on the team, department, company, or clients, endorsements from colleagues and supervisors, and good standing with the company.
We are pleased to announce four winners in the last quarter, and we are so proud of their contribution to the ROI Solutions team. The descriptions and winners for this quarter’s awards are:

Her swift action and proactive communication mitigated the impact on clients, showcasing her focus on our client experience. Thanks, Libby!

At ROI Solutions, we are proud of our ability to innovate to solve client needs. Last year, as we moved our infrastructure to AWS and continued developing Revolution CRM and Unite Analytics, we changed our internal team structures to accommodate better some new ways of working. Change can be hard, but not when you have someone like Cindy who led her team through changes with grace, dedication, and flexibility. Cindy is adept at working on teams across the company to push our solutions forward, building resilience as she goes. Thanks for your leadership, Cindy!

The FlexPay Integration Crew Starsea Wyldwood Nathan Perry Megan Farrington Molly Shangraw Kevin Maloney |
It’s a cliche, but teamwork does make the dream work! There’s no room for error when developing a new integration, especially one that touches payment processing. This team demonstrated classic ROI Solutions cross-team collaboration, spanning Software Development, Product Management, and Client Services. Their contributions were crucial for seamless communication with our partner, FlexPay, and for defining and testing requirements with various stakeholders.
