ROI Solutions is pleased to welcome two new members to our engineering leadership team, Vahida Shaikh and Marland Moore, who both joined the company last month as Sr. Manager, Engineering. Vahida and Marland previously worked with ROI Solutions as part of the team that supported our cloud migration to AWS two years ago, giving them valuable familiarity with our systems and allowing them to quickly contribute in their new roles.

Vahida brings strong technical expertise and prior experience working with the ROI platform during our AWS cloud migration, positioning her to make an immediate impact with the engineering team.
Fun Fact:
Vahida has lived in three countries and more than 20 cities across India, Canada, and the United States—from Nagpur to Calgary and now Allen, Texas. If you ever need tips on relocating or adapting to a new city, she’s definitely your go-to person!
Marland Moore, Sr. Manager, Engineering
Marland also worked closely with ROI Solutions during the AWS cloud migration project, bringing valuable knowledge of our systems and engineering environment as he steps into his new role.
Fun Fact:
Marland has run several half marathons that cross between the U.S. and Canada, traveling over the bridge and returning through the tunnel beneath the Detroit River.
