The entire Client Services team recently gathered in our Medford, MA headquarters to sharpen our skills, learn about upcoming Revolution CRM features, document best practices, and brainstorm new ways to serve our clients better. Whenever we get together, we always come away with great ideas that help to make a difference in the Client Experience. We also enjoyed the chance to enjoy some in-person time together as a team.
Like most ROI Solutions staff gatherings, we also worked in a service component because giving back is one of our company’s core values and something we always look forward to. We worked with the Mystic River Watershed Association, a wonderful organization dedicated to protecting and restoring our local Mystic River, to participate in a river cleanup project near our office. We’re always looking for an excuse to get outside and help improve our environment.
