In April, the ROI Solutions team gathered for our 25th Anniversary Staff Summit in Portland, Maine. In addition to kicking things off with the eclipse (thanks, Universe, for arranging this for us), the event featured Tim Arnold’s “Lead with And” keynote, engaging activities, and other speakers focused on elevating the client experience, enhancing our products, and services, and furthering staff development.
Staff breakout sessions included AI generative models, the logistics of monthly software releases, dimensions of diversity, design thinking, data analysis techniques, and leading with our values to optimize the client experience.
Speaking of the client experience, we’re incredibly grateful to Susan Paine (Human Rights Campaign), Monica Muten (Special Olympics), Geoff Garcia (March of Dimes), and Brendan Foley (Connecticut Public) for joining us to participate in a client panel and Q&A. It was very meaningful to hear their perspectives on their partnership with ROI and how we support their organizations in making the world a better place.
Extracurricular activities included free time around Portland, an all-staff dinner, a magic show, ax-throwing, painting, and shenanigans that cannot be reported.
In other words, we had a great time.
