Chad brings over twenty years of experience delivering innovative solutions across both the corporate and non-profit sectors.  As VP of Product and Technology, Chad will be working with internal teams to amplify our client’s impact via ROI Solutions’ portfolio of products.

Chad started his non-profit career in 2013 as the Data Manager for Greenpeace US. He led major initiatives in both the CRM and analytics space before moving into senior management in 2017.   Prior to joining the non-profit sector, Chad’s career was oriented around multi-dimensional databases, delivering reporting and analytics projects in a wide variety of contexts.  He started out in healthcare before joining a small consulting company, partnering with a number of businesses in several different industries.  Chad joined the team at Fannie Mae just in time for the great recession of 2008, filling roles in both the finance and IT team before returning to consulting again in 2011.

Chad has his undergrad in Applied Economics from Virginia Tech and an MBA from George Mason.  He enjoys spending time on his bike, in his kayak, and even on the ski slopes. Chad is an avid reader, loves live music and is permanently on the hunt for the perfect sour beer.  He lives in northern Virginia with his partner and son.  They enjoy spending time together in the outdoors whenever possible, especially when they can bring along their pandemic puppy.
