Matt Rosen

Chief Problem Solver

For more than twenty years, Matt has worked with an impressive array of non-profit and membership organizations in support of their database, marketing, and operational strategies.

Prior to joining ROI Solutions, Matt was an Account Director at Epsilon, an early leader in database and direct marketing service to the nonprofit community. At Epsilon, Matt worked closely with many organizations including The March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, AARP, Catholic Relief, and others. Matt’s work gave him in-depth experience in these organizations’ development activities, which included database design and development, campaign management and reporting, program analytics, and various fulfillment and operational activities.

Matt also worked with The Salvation Army of Massachusetts, where he was responsible for a comprehensive $10M direct marketing acquisition and donor renewal program supported by mail, telemarketing, and e-mail marketing components. While at the Salvation Army, Matt was responsible for integrating new marketing strategies that reduced costs while increasing bottom line revenues and growing the overall donor population. In addition, Matt was the manager of the Army’s database, which integrated other aspects of development including Capital Campaign and Major Giving, Planned Giving, and Volunteer and Event data.

Matt joined the ROI Solutions team to leverage his years of experience in order to help clients integrate and capitalize on the power of ROI Solutions and Revolution Online.  Matt lives in Boston with his dog and three cats, all rescue animals.
