Molly has 15 years of experience working at or for non-profit organizations was thrilled to join the Client Services team at ROI solutions in October 2020 as an Account Director.
After starting out as s boots-on-the-ground organizer for marriage equality in Massachusetts and running a successful electoral campaign for a State Representative, Molly found a “day job” doing gift entry and providing administrative support to the Development department at GLAD (GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders). She fell in love with the technical aspects of database management and found an opportunity to grow those skills at Blackbaud for 10 years.
While at Blackbaud Molly held several positions in Customer Operations. She started out working with some of the nation’s largest non-profits performing campaign segmentation and grew to consult on best practices, engage in special projects related to new business processes, and was responsible for managing client relationships. Molly was also a people manager and found a great deal of satisfaction challenging her team to learn and grow in their careers.
Molly lives in Weymouth, MA and continues her activism by supporting and volunteering for LGBTQIA organizations and consulting about the ground game with local electoral campaigns. She enjoys spending time with her wife and 2 dogs, lifting heavy weights with her friends, snowboarding all winter, kayaking all summer, and reading lots of fiction year-round.
