Sarah Birnie, Director of Professional Services
I first started working in Revolution CRM in 2006. Prior to that, I enjoyed several years working in “ROI Classic,” the old client server version. However, it took me 10 years to apply for a job at ROI Solutions, where I started as a Business Analyst in 2016.
Today I serve as the Director of Professional Services, leading a department that boasts 40 years of combined Revolution CRM experience – both from the client and staff side. With its deep knowledge bench, the department oversees successful and on-time new client implementations; works through client needs for brand new – or enhancements to existing – integrations; and helps train ROI staff. Like the rest of the company, the Professional Services Team knows how to have fun while working hard to provide the optimal experience for our extraordinary clients.
During my time at ROI Solutions, I have seen the company grow its staff size and client base exponentially. This presents exciting opportunities for ROI Solutions to be even smarter with their integrations and create new application features (we just rolled one out suggested in a client demo). We are constantly improving and applying our experience to make our next project even more successful.
