On July 10th, ROI Solutions had the privilege of handing out our quarterly Krypto Awards, our employee recognition program recognizing those who exemplify our core values of Quality & Client Focus, People, Teamwork & Collaboration, Improvement & Efficiency, and Innovation. For comic book nerds, the award is named after Superman’s dog, Krypto. Our selection criteria for nominees were based on how the nominee’s actions align with the award category, the impact of the nominee’s contributions on the team, department, company, or clients, endorsements from colleagues and supervisors, and good standing with the company.

Karen was commended for overseeing the Data Center Exit (DCE) in preparation for our infrastructure move to Amazon Web Services. By managing several teams and actively supporting her peers throughout this entire process, she created an environment where everyone felt valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to the project. She is a ninja-like problem solver who leads teams with grace.
Improvement and Efficiency:
For implementing processes that significantly increase efficiency.

This team was one to watch this past quarter. They were praised for developing a super-efficient and effective process to onboard CDP’s Member Service Bureau stations. They succeeded by urgently responding to these stations’ needs, showing exceptional attention to detail in these processes, and being proactive the whole way through. These three embodied exactly what it means to grow our clients’ missions through efficient operations.
Innovation:
